With an audience-driven brand, demand doesn’t ramp, it hits immediately.The challenge was identifying manufacturing partners capable of producing a beef jerky stick at high volume, without compromising on quality or timelines. I worked through sourcing and vetting manufacturers, helping narrow in on partners that could realistically support a scaled launch.
